Here’s a shoot that I just did this weekend at the Auckland Domain. It was a bit of a mad rush trying to sort out a last minute location due to the terrible weather yesterday but it worked out for the best in the end.I really wanted to do a spring shoot with blossoms and rose petals on the ground but I don’t think it remotely feels or looks like spring yet so this idea will have to be deferred.

Will be doing more editorial shoots later on in November. Will keep you all posted.

This is the first photo shoot I have shot. Hopefully won’t be my last. I am trying to plan a few more in the near future. When it comes to photo shoots I am not really sure whether it’s better being the model or the photographer I guess being able to do both means you have the best of both worlds.

This will be my last post before I go to Cairns, see you in a few weeks 🙂

Top Beauty Buys : Hair Care

Just bought some brand new hair products from Beauty Bay and they just arrived in the post. Have decided to go for the Wella SP Colour Save range + the repair mask this time.

Since I have had done multiple trips into the hair salon these past 2 weeks, my hair has been super well conditioned as the hair stylist use numerous treatment shots in my hair – namely the Fusio-Dose. These are mini treatment shots in a bottle which the hair stylist uses after the shampooing stage. I have many praises for these treatments which I will reveal shortly.

I also purchased a leave in product which has thermo-protection and replenishes proteins that are removed from the hair from bleaching, everyday wear and tear – Kerastase Ciment Thermique.

I’ll detailing the shampoo, conditioner, mask, treatments etc.. very soon.

Fashion Break

This is our first make up post! Since my mum came back from HongKong she has brought back various types of make up products for me and Michelle.. Some of the make up were given to us from family members and some my mum bought for us!. This post is all the makeup that I got from hongkong which i am very excited to use especially the miniature Anna Sui perfume that was given as a gift from a family member.! I decided to do this post to give fashion a little break.! 🙂 hope you enjoyed it!

For Sale This Week & Your Thoughts

I have a bunch of items for sale this week. I have been trying to give my make up drawers a mega clean out – I have dozens of fragrances that I no longer use (pros of working in a pharmacy) and also various make up items.

Also up for grabs are a selection of things I purchased online (thanks to free shipping from various websites, I think I have made at least 4-5 online purchases last month…)

I apologize for the generic photographs taken from the websites – but since these items are NEW and I am selling them, I am slightly hesitant to wear them and produce a lookbook but in saying that when you are shopping in a store, how often is the item never been tried on? Anyway please comment below your thoughts! It would be highly appreciated 🙂
